The Sooners spent some time during practice to meet, young Eiler Buck, a huge OU fan. He's an amazing young man, with a new favorite lifetime memory. Plus, I think he has a few new fans himself.

Yeah, all teams do these kinds of things, but being an Okie, you know it goes a LOT deeper than appearances. Those are genuine smiles, real caring and a fun time had by all.

Grab your tissues, if you're an old softie like me.

I was wondering the same thing.

Glad I wasn't the only one, that had to find (more than one) tissue. :D

Great people doing great things. The smiles the players brought to Eiler were priceless as well as the players reactions to this wonderful boy..

I think he tore a ligament when removing his foot from Saban's A$$.

Over the years, Coach Stoops has done so many of these kinds of things. A lot goes unreported, and I honestly think that's the way he prefers it, but sometimes we get to see stories like these. It makes me proud of my school, and the program in general. What Coach Stoops knows is not only that he's making a dream come true, but he's making his players better men.

This is 100% correct. Well said..

One thing that I like about Stoops is that he just does his job. He keeps the program clean, respectable, and competitive. I can't ask for much more than that.
