Will the OU women, standing at 18-14, make the NCAA womens basketball tournament this postseason?
Pros:
- We made it in 2005 with a 17-13 record
- Our conference is tough
- Our strength of scehedule is high
- Sherri Coale (after losing to Texas in Big 12 tourney Saturday) and ESPN's Bracketology both say we're in
Cons:
- 14 losses
- Unranked
- No late momentum
- "Last Four In" according to ESPN
It is so up in the air that I'll make it 1/1 on both.
I *think* the field will be announced March 17 (next Monday) so I'll give you a week to decide. In or out?
