The Sooners have a clear shot at 2nd in the conference. Lon has done and amazing job and the players have really seized their opportunities this year.

I think this team is starting to put some things together, particularly since the TT loss and specifically on defense. Our defensive rotation was excellent most of this game...much better than it has been most of the season.

The interesting thing about this team is that we have no bad losses. We haven't been blown out in any game. We've lost a couple of leads, but have played everyone tough. The TT loss, though frustrating, was a good lesson that our guys have to be aggressive and dictate to the opponent. We were very lazy the first 30 minutes of that game, and I think Lon used it as a motivator, because we've played much tougher and more aggressive since.

@KU will be tough, but we could easily go 3-1 the rest of the way. Win a game or 2 in the Big 12 tourney and we could pull a 5 or 6 seed in the tourney. I like where we're headed.

Nobody in conference play has even been within single digits against KU this year. SDSU did win one in non-conference, though.
