Actually the recruiting "experts" at the rating services upgrade recruits who sign or commit to OU, typically two stars who suddenly get an extra star after the commitment. I am sure this is standard procedure with lesser star recruits who commit to sign with big name programs. The biggest complaining seems to be from OU fans who don't think a two star player or a three star player who is offered by lesser programs is worthy of our program.
