Guess, I'm assuming it was the DA...a woman. Just had a blip on about the 4 suspects...all black. Seemed to me she went out of her way to promote the fellow urban folks for turning them in ($41K reward) she stated the majority of calls came from "the 4 urban core"....and that it was all about the range rover ...said that about 3 times.
