Two of our first three runs were 7 or more, and I wouldn't say we're running all over them. 7 yards per carry for a whole game is great, but it's not indicative of much for just one play.

They both had their hands on each other. Clay didn't impede him from getting to the ball. The CB didn't even make a play on the ball. Like I said, I'm not an expert on rules like that, but it seemed like more of a downfield blocker than a pass interference. It seemed kinda like a block, but a pretty weak one.

The entire left side of the o-line is injured. The replacement tackle whiffed on a block and we lose all momentum. Honestly, is there any more injured squad, year in, year out, than us? Really, what gives...I don't criticize the coaches, ever. But, someone figure this out. Have a professor study it. Pay someone to come in and analyze it. But, our situation has become more than just "it's football".

Not really. NFL teams made a killing off that play for a while a few years back. You put in all the big boys to keep the kick from being blocked, and you don't have anybody to make the tackle. The kick comes in low as well, so it could easily get blocked.
