YES, BUT I didn't say he sucked...I don't think, and never have, that Stoops uses his back-ups at all. Hence "osu is whipping us in the trenches" because OU has 2 o-line guys out and we have a guy who this is his first start and hasn't played much. I believe if anyone makes better halftime adjustments, it's OU. I think what they were thinking was the catch was right on the line, and they didnt want move right on the line, and make a judgement call that could lead to a 1st down by measuring. I have seen this often this year. if they are not sure its a first down they usually dont chance the spot at all unless the difference is at least a couple of yards.
