it is in the rest of the world and I wanted to post some good news for me.

My grandson attends Mid-America Christian University in OKC, where he is a member of the soccer team.

They have won the regional playoffs for the National Christian College Athletic Association and are at the National playoffs in Kissimmee, Florida this week.

Exactly 45 miles from my front door !

More excitement - my daughter and son-in-law are due to arrive late today to watch him play. Bonus - I get to see them all week long.

I'm proud of my grandson, and excited to see my kids.

Just thought I'd share that with my Sooner Fans family.

Good times Grampa! I miss the times I got to watch my son play football. I'll never forget Troy Aikman and Emmit Smith walked right by him as they entered the Dome in New Orleans as he was involved in the Punt, Pass, and Kick competition which was held pre-game.
