There could be some changes in Oklahoma's lineup on Saturday in its Big 12 game against Kansas State. The Daily Oklahoman reported Wednesday that Trevor Knight will start at quarterback against the Wildcats in place of Blake Bell, who suffered a concussion in the second quarter of a win over Iowa State last Saturday and has yet to receive medical clearance to resume playing. KOCO-TV in Oklahoma City reported earlier in the day that running back Damien Williams and wide receiver Lacoltan Bester were suspended for Saturday's game for unspecified reasons. Knight began the season as the starting quarterback but was replaced when he suffered a knee injury during the Sooners' game against West Virginia in Week 2.
