is taking aim at more conservative senators...seven of 'em for
2014...and are wanting to "primary them". If they are successful
in putting TPers on ballots, do you think they'd be successful or
would the Dems wind up with filibuster proof majority (60+, counting
the two Indies)?

Here's who Demint's group is targeting...McConnell -KY, Flake-AZ,
Isakson-GA, Cochran-MS, Cornyn-TX, Kirk-IL and Ayotte-NH.

What say you?

I agree, but the Constitution won't let us do it wholesale...

Take us 6 years to do it, unless we do a Recall on em.

With the mood of the electorate right now, we could ratify an amendment
to change that, assuming, of course, that Congress would craft one to cut
their own throats!

I would say the chances are slim. The main determining factor of who wins any election is how much money they have. These guys above have handed out so many favors that they will almost for sure have the deepest pockets. Affecting change is Washington is virtually impossible.

I'm not familiar with all of them but McConnell is in trouble with a
declared Dem (Grimes) in KY. With Cornyn in TX, just remember
that Cruz is from TX and Ayotte in NH is in a fairly independent
thinking state.

To the above mentioned point about affecting change in Washington,
look at what roughly 85 TPers have accomplished so far....

Unfortunately, McCain must not be up for election. He needs to see retirement.
