Hopefully, not with brass knuckles to the face.

It's good for the conference to get at least two teams in the top-10.

Let's break this down.

ACC 3 teams (FSU, Clemson, Miami)
PAC-12 2 teams (Stanford, Oregon)
SEC 2 teams (Alabama, Missouri)
Big 12 2 teams (Baylor, Oklahoma)
Big 10 1 team (Ohio state)

Hmmm....tell me again how the SEC is so much better?

4- big 12 teams (40%) in the top 25 of the BCS.

6- SEC teams (43%) in the top 25 of the BCS (3 of those teams have two losses and are still benefitting from the preseason rankings).

3- PAC 12 teams (25%) in the top 25 of the BCS.

3- ACC teams (21%) in the top 25 of the BCS.

4- B1G teams (33%) in the top 25 of the BCS. (3 of them outside the top 20)

Just by the rankings of things, I would say the Big 12 is holding their own even in a down year by the conference standard!
