Just heard recently of a dear friend whose wife is battling cancer.I have known Glen and Teresa for over 20 years and they are the epitome of the expression down to eart. Teresa was found unconcious on the floor in July.She was taken to the Blackwell hospital where it was found that she has cancer. Apparently it began in the reproductive tract.She was operated on in Ponca City and apprently they felt they had done all they could and sent her home to die.Glen didn't give up and got her admitted to the hospital in Stillwater. At this point she appears to be hanging on.
I would ask that all believers ,however you adress God,lift them up in prayer for the emotional,spiritual,financial needs of this family.Glen and his wife both worked for the Blackwell school system and Glen just returned to work monday. My heartfelt thanks to all who offer prayers and best wishes.
I forgot to mention two sons Phillip and Kevin who 21 and 23 respectively who struggling to deal with the crisis.
