My new DVR didnt give me option of extending record time so it shut off with 3 min to go. I think I saw all the fun, though!!!

I had the opposite problem. I set mine, to record over an hour (because of the Tulsa game, I lost the entire 4th). Problem was... then it wouldn't let me STOP the recording afterwards, so I have about 45 minutes of some silly Saturday children programming.
