One dimensional offense = fail against any halfway decent defense in today's game. The 2nd half might get pretty interesting if the purple pussies can hold them here. Snyder obviously thought the whorns couldn't stop the run no matter how many they put in the box.

I think we are seeing that the Big XII is not very good outside of Baylor, OSU, and maybe us. Tech will get exposed and TCU already has..

It probably improves our D for Steve Edmond to be gone, but the new rules are nuts. It actually encourages players to lower their heads so their helmet won't be at the same height off the ground as that of the QB/WR.

KSU is really bad. I was laughing at their offense most of the night. Lockett was great but he was it. OU has many receivers, not just 1.

I think this game plays right into our hands. We need Mack the Clap to keep his job. This win over a name team that has beat him 5 in a row really helps. UTerus fans are so pathetically uninformed that they will definitely think "Texass is back!" after this win. KSU defense is terrible, and offense is not good. Punter can't even pick a corner to aim at - even UTerus punter doesn't kick right down the middle to the punt returner.

Derail - I have watched sooooooooo much longwhorn network this week! It has been GOLD!!! Some of the shows that are 2 weeks old are hilarious with (fired after BYU loss) Manny Diaz laying down the law about how to win, what we need to do, etc. Mack's recent coaching shows where he is visibly uncomfortable and putting on the "all is well" coachspeack. Watching Major and Mack lead the school song after this win is awesome. You know they are thinking..."this win bought us another week or 2 at our job, but OU will slaughter us...uh gain."

Only watched the last 3 minutes. KSU defense is terrible, so is KSU. Both offenses are fail. KU kicker made a 52 yarder = difference maker. KU by 3 in the fail bowl.

KU hit the winning FG after La Tech fumbled twice inside the KU 5 in the 4th qtr. The second time was with little time left and all they needed was a FG to win. KU's offense is turrible.

Just got thru reading the KC Star report on the KState/Whorn game. They gave the Purple Kansas Staff a "D" in the coaching column. I can't say that I disagree with them. Some assistants probably got their azzz chewed royally on the way home by Snyder.
I don't think the whorns can beat us with Derp as their starting QB from the git go. Maybe Ash is OK and them holding him out of the 2nd half was just precautionary. Mack will probably slow play us into believing he'll be out for 4 or 5 weeks and he miraculously will make a full recovery for Dallas.
