I think he needs to have a larger role in the offense.

Not that I'm disappointed with any of the RBs on the roster at the moment.

I think Ross is on the kickoff team isn't he? Hasn't had any carries other than the one with the punch.

Ford is fun to watch. I hope he can stay healthy with that running style.

Has a chance to be a special one.. He has skills that the other guys just don't have. I have a feeling that we start seeing him more and more as the season progresses. Even with all of our backs, I have a feeling that the coaches are going to have to get him on the field more and more. He can get yards that the other guys can't.

So, I'm calling it. He may start by the end of the year..

Apparently got in some off the field trouble or some ****. Stoops said before the game he was sitting out.

Wouldn't be the first time DD has been in the dog house.

Dude is STRONG and FAST! Clay is solid, Finch is a jitterbug
but, wow, Ford is a punishingly fast back!

Loved it when they showed the whole team whacking him on the helmet after the game--score your first touchdown, we'll beat the hell out of you, but it's with love. Lol!

And yes on the AD comparison, hope that's a continuing trend.

Geez,,,we have so many good backs, all bring something different.
Finch=Elusive
Clay=Vision
DD=Speed
Ford=Power
Ross=? (Gotta see more)

But,,ya, Ford could be special.

Gotta question. Offensively, is this the best group of RB's and WR's we've had on the roster, as a group, at one time?

Watching Seahawks / Niners and it hit me that Marshawn Lynch may be the guy Ford most resembles to me. Lynch is listed at 5'11, 215lbs. Ford is listed at 5'11, 205. They both run with ferocity and are pretty nimble at the same time. Obviously a long way to go for Ford, but I see some similarities. Much moreso with Lynch than AD.

We have at least one more stud coming in next year (Perine), but with the three seniors leaving, we'll need him. Gundy has quietly done an excellent job of keeping the stable stocked.

I don't see the AD comparison. Honestly, AD's style is so unique, I can't think of any RB that reminds me of him. I do think Ford looks a lot like Chris Brown, and he has the speed to add.

I don't think he'll start this year (too many seniors ahead of him), but I'd be surprised if he doesn't get more touches as the season goes on.
