Stool State playing UTSA on TV is about like us playing Central State on TV.
One thing's for sure, if Fox is serious about showing the Big 12-4+2 on TV, most conference schools need to upgrade their early OOC schedule and get away from these ""directional schools, and play major D-1 universities that aren't that good, but are at least respectable. (Kansas State being the exception)
