Good stuff.hope it works out for him. I;ve often wonder why players like Mark Bradley, Mark Clayton, Chris Brown and other Sooners who were unable to stay on ,or get back on NFL rosters don't rake a shot at CFL.

I checked CFL rosters (there's only 8 of em) and here's the OU players currently listed:

Hamilton Tiger-Cats: Brian Simmons (OL)

Toronto Argonauts: Iggy (WR) and Auston English (DE)

Active rosters in Canadia can only have 42 players, plus there are rules about using non-import (i.e. us Americans) players. Each team has a $4.3 million salary cap (http://www.cfl.ca/page/game_salary_man).

I should note that's in Canadian dollars, not American (the exchange rate is about 100/95 right now in favor of U.S. dollars)

Most CFL'ers, need to hold down an actual job while playing, since the pay is moderate (in the $50k per year range). Not exactly the limelight up here.
