what a bunch of horse$hit. I'm all for civil rights IF you act civil. Quit blaming the gov, the system, etc for YOUR poor choices. Yes, I often see homeless folks and wonder where it went wrong, what happened, because I teach in the urban area....but with most people it's a choice at some point. Where are the civil rights of the old WWI veteran who got killed..the 22 yr aussie baseball player...WHERE are THEIR rights...
