To be honest I'd probably lock my doors. A lot of it has to do with how they're dressed more than what color they are but I'm not going to pretend that color doesn't play a role.

I feel for innocent blacks who hear car doors lock when they walk nearby. It isn't fair to them but I believe every person has a right to take non-intrusive measures for his or her own safety. I try really hard to fight the stereotypes and give everyone an equal shake but my family's safety takes priority over someone being offended.
