I dunno how many times i've heard/seen that lawyer commercial promoting lawsuit money for those those who have had one of these. Somebody pls fill us in on the gory details...hokay?

Sounds pretty bad on J&J's part. Looks like the jury believed they misrepresented the product to the surgeon who installed it and the plaintiff suffered some pretty horrible injuries as a result of J&J's lies. And of course with that kind of action from just one trial, the mass torts bar is going to be in a frenzy. I wouldn't expect too many more of these huge punitive verdicts and wouldn't be surprised at all to see this one significantly reduced on appeal or settled for an undisclosed sum.

I just had a client die from complications from this procedure. He died a horrible death and suffered for two years. Please do not joke about this.
