Good deal for him. I know that's not easy stuff. The nuclear fission badge is a holy terror.

Is the guy with him one of those guys that wanted to be in the scouts, but couldn't get in for -- you know. ?

AWESOME!

My brother got his Eagle, and I ended up only getting to Life (before I got too old). That's a big time accomplishment, and you have to be a proud Dad!

My 1st Boy Scout campout was the day JFK was shot.

Earned it when I was 15.

nah, it was a 12 week deal...got a bunch of form letters from many folks...the hardest to write was Bill Self, the other kids are hawk fans...ugh~

lol, he's 17, but was done with the actual project last Nov...missed one Eagle ceremony due to his lack of getting his paperwork done..hence the FINALLY~
