Bingo. But don't treat her with any respect and make the interrogation as grueling and unpleasant as possible. Throw in threats of jail time for non-immune actions. Y'know, treat her like the IRS treats citizens.

Except the IRS will just come in, take all you have, not listen to anything you say, then throw you in jail anyway.

my brother is getting audited....he's a CPA, owned and ran a 10Mill a yr business... was audited, refiled according to THEIR directions, then got audited AGAIN. This 25 yr old a$$wipe of an irs agent has ALL the power. It's a total shame.
