lol, really, obama you know nothing..(Sgt Shultz)....Holder is your right hand guy....geeze...

The Obama administration has aggressively investigated disclosures of classified information to the media and has brought six cases against people suspected of providing classified information, more than under all previous presidents combined.

The White House on Monday said that other than press reports it had no knowledge of Justice Department attempts to seek AP phone records.

Just in the 1st half of May:

1. 3 Whistle blowers (the main one an Obama voter) expose everything from blatant incompetence to flat-out lying that resulted in 4 Americans dead.

2. The IRS admits to targeting conservatives.

3. The AP reports that the Justice Dept secretly bugged over 20 lines.

4. The mainstream media has at least partially, stopped licking Obama's balls.

and we're not even half way through the month yet...

How's your May going, community organizer?

But Wait ! Theres More.

CONVERSE COUNTY, Wyo. (AP) — It happens about once a month here, on the barren foothills of one of America's green-energy boomtowns: A soaring golden eagle slams into a wind farm's spinning turbine and falls, mangled and lifeless, to the ground.

Killing these iconic birds is not just an irreplaceable loss for a vulnerable species. It's also a federal crime, a charge that the Obama administration has used to prosecute oil companies when birds drown in their waste pits, and power companies when birds are electrocuted by their power lines.

But the administration has never fined or prosecuted a wind-energy company, even those that flout the law repeatedly. Instead, the government is shielding the industry from liability and helping keep the scope of the deaths secret.

and another...

And amid that controversy, FoxNews.com and other news organizations reported that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has been reaching out to private-sector executives seeking donations for nonprofit organizations that help enroll people in ObamaCare.

The House Energy and Commerce Committee has already launched a probe into the solicitations. Republicans on the committee voiced concern that the department could be soliciting donations from firms that are also doing business with HHS.

Apparently the IRS also turned over the private, confidential files of hundreds of conservative groups to a liberal, investigative reporting organization. This just came out today. But I am sure they had no encouragement from superiors higher up in this administration to go on this witch hunt. Snicker.

Yep. Ask all those question, including questions like:

Provide details regarding your relationship with Justin Bink-Thomas.

No seriously, that was a question.

Gather up that opposition research under the force of law and then turn it over to a third party to act on..

sapp:

The AP exposed a Saudi who had gotten into the inner circles of AQ in Yemen. That spy got us a working bomb they had developed that could get past airport screeners. The Brits and Saudi's are furious about this leak and McCain has been hounding DOJ to get the bottom of the leak. It came from someone high up in either the administration or one of our security services. Whomever outed this spy should go to jail! AP knows who it is and DOJ is trying to find out the source of the leak. I know there is a fine line between national security and freedom of the press.

How was DOJ illegally getting their records? They have warrants.

I think that the AP and other "journalists", for purely selfish reasons, out
some who work in dangerous businesses and wrap themselves in the First
Amendment and source protection. Somehow, they think that this is news.

Found this to be an interesting comment. Has this sort of administrative underhandedness been more a feature than an aberration?

On Aug. 24, 2011, the Department of Justice sent armed agents into the Gibson Guitar factor in Memphis "confiscating half a million dollars worth of guitar making material is an alleged violation of environmental standards."

Gibson CEO Henry Juszkiewicz is a conservative, and his company eventually settled rather than take matters to court....

Just a few weeks later, the Obama administration squared off against Boeing for daring to set roots in a "right to work" state....

The NLRB complaint against Boeing was eventually dropped, but not before the union got a pretty compensation package as a parting gift.
These data points look very different now than they did at the time, and I wonder how many data points we've missed over the last 4+ years because we were not so vigilant.
Gibson was apparently at fault. But I have to wonder whether there are any other guitar-makers guilty of the same violations that were ignored because their executives were contributors to Obama's campaign?

Not to mention Obama's handling of the auto bailouts/re-organization and the forced closing of profitable dealerships.

Sounds like your source has it wrong... Very wrong.

For five days, reporters at the Associated Press had been sitting on a big scoop about a foiled al-Qaeda plot at the request of CIA officials. Then, in a hastily scheduled Monday morning meeting, the journalists were asked by agency officials to hold off on publishing the story for just one more day.

The CIA officials, who had initially cited national security concerns in an attempt to delay publication, no longer had those worries, according to individuals familiar with the exchange. Instead, the Obama administration was planning to announce the successful counterterrorism operation that Tuesday…

When the journalists rejected a plea to hold off longer, the CIA then offered a compromise. Would they wait a day if AP could have the story exclusively for an hour, with no government officials confirming it for that time?

The reporters left the meeting to discuss the idea with their editors. Within an hour, an administration official was on the line to AP’s offices.

The White House had quashed the one-hour offer as impossible. AP could have the story exclusively for five minutes before the White House made its own announcement. AP then rejected the request to postpone publication any longer.

It had nothing to do at all with operational security, but everything to do with making the administration look good.

thing. Ol Harry dint GAS, told it like it wuz!
