I mean, who says the Big 12 isn’t closing the gap on the SEC? Per SoonerScoop.com, Oklahoma backup quarterback Kendal Thompson was arrested early Friday for*public intoxication and interfering with a police officer (for which he was assessed a 15-yard penalty).
