Interesting Tidbit

One of the witnesses that testified in a massive three week property trial that I recently had was retired 30 year marine and fighter pilot Ray Powell. Even more impressive to this board is that Powell, from Perryton, Texas, prior to serving his country, played on Bud's teams in '50, '51 and '52. Of course, I couldn't talk to him, but it was interesting to see him still going strong in his mid 80's.

He would have been in the same class as my brother-in-law......a freshman in '49 and graduating in '52.

I was talking about Mike McKinley. Broke my heart in Dallas but finished his career with his best against Nebbish.
