Wonder how much money will be wasted on trials and death penalty appeals? Should have just shot him when they had the chance.

While I am comfortable with him being room temperature, I would rather know who was encouraging him. If he has connections, and it sounds like he does, I want to know every single one of their names.

The way the feds are reportedly handling this, there's a fair chance they won't be able to use any confessions or any of the names he gives up. I keep hearing about this "national security" exception to the 4th Amendment. There's no such thing.

I'd rather he were dead, too. Don't want to hear about the little sissy for the next 15 years.

Its a shame he'll be housed at Fed pens, instead of some run down state pen with lots of lots of opportunity for him to explore his deepest muslim sodomy fetishes. Mass should really fight for him, don't know why states roll over on that.

I'm glad this HIG group exists. Does anyone know if it has been
deployed before? Since it is Obama's DOJ involved, there will be
those who challenge its validity. Personally, I give a rat's behind
about legality, milk this kid for all info possible and, if there is a
foreign entity behind it, fix that and forget it!!! Jus sayin....

Yeah, I saw that. Thinking more about it, I'll bet it has been used
before on some people or circumstances we don't know about...

What I've read is that they MIGHT be considering any immediate questioning they did of the suspect as part of the public safety exception to Miranda, due to the possibility of other bombs, etc. But there's no telling what some of the "experts" the media trots out might be saying.

Guess he lost a lot of blood and will have to have a transfusion to keep him alive. American and infidels blood. Someone should let him in on the deal.

Also, since he is an Obama supporter, they will be easy on him.

http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn82/awanderlust/JaharObamaliker_zps717a1d75.jpgBefore the government induced Subprime Mortgage Fiasco, I never would have thought things would come to this in the USA. Now, we're facing it head-on, and the Media ignores it, at best, but usually promotes it. They carry on as if nothing seriously wrong here.

I thought it was a Miranda issue thus 5th amendment. Frankly, it shouldn't be the responsibility of the police to inform citizens of their rights IMO but on the other hand police shouldn't be able to use aggressive tactics to lie to a suspect about his rights either.
