Bill of Rights protects every single US Citizen in this nation. In school and everywhere else as well.

Reading the dress code, the kid did not violate anything...and damn sure shouldnt have been arrested for it.

The ACLU and NRA should team up and make that school district pay for their injustice of this 8th grader.
