The NCAA notified the University of Tulsa on Wednesday that there will be no sanctions in connection to the alleged gambling activity of former Golden Hurricane athletic director Ross Parmley.

Good news for TU. They've already hired a new AD, who led the charge to get them into the Big East (or AAC, as they now call it). It has been a tough year for TU, as they had to let go of their university president last year (one that had just been hired (http://www.tulsaworld.com/article.aspx/TU_fires_president/20120912_693_0_theuni227048)). On top of that, TU had lost a good AD in Bubba Cunningham to UNC recently as well. So, lots of changes at TU leadership to deal with... that doesn't even include the coaching changes in football (Todd Graham, Kragthorpe), basketball (Doug Wojick fired before hiring Danny Manning... and they hired Mossman for womens bball a year or two ago).
