Shower Heads

Anyone have any recommendations for a shower head with extremely high water pressure over a wide area?

Keep in mind that I could not possibly care less about efficiency.

The real trick is to replumb your bathroom so that you've got three or four different water pipes coming into the wall of your bathroom. Maybe from separate water meters.
That way you can install simple, naked pipeends and get massive jets of water that you aim to come together at one spot. Turn them all on, full, then jump into the nexus.
If you do it right, you'll be held in suspension as your internal organs are slowly pulverized by the pounding hydraulic force.

Should be sufficient.

If you have sufficient volume in your system, disassemble your existing head and find the flow restrictor. Should look like a little coin with holes in it. Either take it out entirely and crush your water heater in no time flat or drill out the ports to enable more flow.

More flow over a fixed diameter (head orifices) will result in an increase in pressure.
