Great pitching day by Gray. We had what would look like a good day at the plate, with 14 hits, but we really struggled to get the two out hit. Great to see Oberste tie the record, all though he will never be a Marty Neff in my book :).

It was a good game. TCU is always tough. Cold because of the wind. Gray was his usual awesome. 12K's, pitched nine. Lack of run support and a couple of poor defensive plays cost him a complete game win.

Kudos to the people who have attended the games this week. I tuned in to 2 or 3 of them and they looked like they were freezing. I was surprised I didn't see an extension cord snaking from someones electric blanket to the nearest electrical outlet.

I've been to 2 games with my 11 year old. They look very sound fundamentally and have great pitching. Thanks for the updates Dean.

I love Sooner Sports TV on Fox. I've gotten to watch more baseball this year than I have since I was in school. And there's still no shortwhorn network on directv, but I get all the regional fox networks. Suck it whorns! And your baseball team sucks, along with your basketball team and football team and about everything else.

BSS...so direct lets you buy all the Fox regional channels? I'm trying to decide which provider to get. I'd only get Fox RM or midwest up here and want SW...I know with DISH I was able to buy the other Fox networks for about $5 a month...I thought.

Jeepman, yes you can get all the regional sports networks on directv for $12 a month. That also includes networks like msg, comcast sports net in some markets. You also get the fox alternate channels. Sometimes the OU baseball games aren't on the regular FSOK or FSSW, they are on the alternate channel. If it's on, I'll get it.

I looked at Dish's package and their sports package only offers 30 channels, whereas you get something like 60 or 70 channels on Directv.

ah...ok..just curious. Up here we had 6+ inches of snow so I didn't know why one played and not the other. Still kind of weird...but their choice.

Hopefully you saw the "I Kid"...I coached girls bball so I'm actually a fan of girl's sports.
