Oregon State has decided to give Nike the go-ahead to rebrand their unis and logos. More craptastic neon, and god forbid if they ever actually have to play that other OSU in our state.

I think Nike played a little joke on their little brothers in Corvallis-- the script in "Beavers" is written so that it looks like "Beaners"... Surprised nobody caught that before they signed off on it.

I've often thought it would be fun, were I multi-billionaire, to secretly fund Oregon State and create of them a freaking football monster just for the joy of watching them prison rape Oregon each and every year.

There's already a ton of uniform changes for 2013, but I'm saving all of the info for my 2013 Uni Changes thread.

The new OSU unis don't look too bad though (if you follow the OP link, you can check them out). Here's a look at an alternate helmet for 2013:

Ahh. Tradition.

You have to have it to want to keep it.

Does the size of the beaver matter?

Does the size of the beaver matter?

That would probably depend upon what you intended to do with said beaver.

Those uniforms destroy anything I've seen from them. Sorry sheep doers but the beavers just took it up a notch. I love the beavers new unis. Teams with no tradition can experiment all they want. This one actually blows away anything the ducks ever imagined.

If it has teeth then no, size doesn't matter.

No, I was thinking Les Claypool is one of the most respected and innovative bassists in all of rock.

I swear, Dean, statements like yours make me believe you've got Kid Rock in your deck.
