On Monday, February 4th Obama signed into law the No Budget, No Pay Act of 2013. This stipulates that the House and Senate must pass a version of the budget resolution by April 15th or they will not get paid.

On the same day... THE SAME DAY! Obama missed the federally mandated date that he is supposed give his budget proposal to the House for consideration. Third year in a row and the 4th year out of 5 he has missed this date.

What is good for the goose is clearly not good for the gander.

These guys sound like a bunch of 12 year olds that won't do their chores.

"no allowance until that's done, Johnny."

Trouble is, with most of these kickback clowns, salary is no big deal. We should cut off their access to their lobbyists, maybe.
