At least it's up from the reported $60 million (total) (http://www.mwcconnection.com/ncaa-football/2012/12/7/3740082/big-east-tv-deal) that it was a few months ago.
Forbes (http://www.forbes.com/sites/chrissmith/2013/02/21/what-the-big-easts-new-tv-deals-mean-for-the-conferences-future/) also laments the really, really bad decisions made in the past by the Big East, including turning down a much more lucrative ESPN offer before the teams all started bailing.
In a nutshell, the teams that left C-USA for the Big East should return, because the money difference isn't there anymore (and will all be eaten up in travel costs to the east coast).
Tulsa should NOT leave C-USA, lest they be on the hook for a buyout when they realize what a bad decision it would be financially.
Any everyone in the Big East needs an exit strategy. Now.
