Did LJs dad sue the dude or what?

Darth Raider if I remember correctly. Husker posing as a Red Raider.

I think they let the DOK and the law handle it. LJ's Dad spoke up because he was pissed and if nobody did anything to clear his son's name, he was going to himself. Typical good parent mindset.

I think the guy had to publicly apologize and promise not to post for a couple of years and to not pose as a fan of another school. I would think Phil would remember what the outcome was as it was a pretty big deal to legit Sports Boards.
