After watching the mens game, I noticed the women were playing. OU up 54-34 with 11 mins to play. Bad news is, Aaryn Ellenberg has been taken to the locker room for an undisclosed injury. Hope she is ok.

They said they took off her right shoe and worked the ankle a bit before taking her back.

I will take an optimistic guess here and say that they are keeping her out cuz tcu sucks and they dont wanna risk it in a gimme game...no offense to the froggies

I hope, it can't get any worse...well it could, she could be out.

Remind me again WHY we brought TCU into the Big 12...they bring what to the conference?

You all will be reminded why we brought tcu into the conference next fall when we are playing them for the Big 12 title. Football is king and brings in all the money. That is why tcu has struggling teams (except baseball)...for a small school, they have to focus on what brings in the dough

I haven't checked postgame stuff yet, but Aaryn was out on the court with teammates after the game to sing the Alma mater. Unassisted, standing on her own, as well as walking off court on her own. Good sign.

No idea if she took part in the massive bench celebration when one of our volleyball girls actually got a point :D

This.

Look at what happened to OSU athletics once all the focus switched to football.

Well, they could start by taking the money they will get from basketball and do some major renovations to their "football/track" stadium.

Fyi, Ellenberg is "fine." By the time she returned to the bench, the game was so out of hand that even the volleyball players got in on the act

Good to hear. After seeing her in Waco, i realized that this team would be SOL against any real team (aka NWCAA tourney).

Good news for Ellenberg.

Sounds like they have no donors to speak of at all if they are spreading $39M over 30 years. That pales to what they will have to spend on Memorial Stadium to lower the field or whatever there plans are in the future.
