FOr those of you who like to keep up on recruiting, I recently interviewed one of our 2015 targets, Allonzo Trier, and wrote this piece on him. http://isportsweb.com/?p=198237 The piece is more about him as a player and his recruitment as a whole than his relationship with OU, but he did tell me that he has an offer from the Sooners and that they are one of the three schools pursuing him the hardest right now (also had good things to say about Ok State, UConn) so that's a good sign. I like his name :)

OSU and Conn have a few things against them that might steer him this way -- Conn has a postseason ban this year and Poke may be dumping their Ford Pinto soon.

Just judging on how he talked, he was pretty high on UConn, has a visit set up there in the near future. Plus, being class of 2015, the postseason ban would be gone by the time he got there. FWIW.

I'll definitely keep an eye on this kid, sounds like he'll be (and already is) pretty heavily recruited.

was he the dribbling wonder kid who made the commercial? it's been awhile but he kind of looks like some young kid that could dribble lights out yrs ago, he would be about the right age I think.
