This is unbelievable. I just don't get it..you don't HAVE to go to school there..

the university said they CAN have a group, the university isn't going to change things for them though.

the university said they CAN have a group, the university isn't going to change things for them though.

To me, it reads the Muslims haven't attempted to form a group.

This case will most likely be thrown out at the district court level. The government can't compel a religious school to offer religious accommodations for individuals of different faiths. There's no legal basis for this.

The valedictorian in my Catholic high-school senior class was a Jew. I think it was for the education - not to stir up shat, like vet said.

the lawyer seemed to imply that they weren't allowed to, where Jews were.

this is from 2011 though. i wonder how it turned out...
