I was Watching the game without sound. I'm sure they adressed it. How was that a reviewable play? He was in bounds when he caught the ball. It doesn't seem like the penalty for going out and coming back in is a reviewable situation. Am I wrong?

FWIW, the announcers said they were reviewing the spot to see if it was a first down. Apparently that was also reviewable.
