I was at the game. If you really went to bed you missed a hell of a second half performance by OU (and I mean our OU) :P. Anyways here's a recap http://isportsweb.com/?p=196277

We played great in the 2nd half, Pledger was unstoppable. Ohio isnt the team that nearly made the Sweet 16 last year but I bet they are even or better than Stephen F Austin so a good bounce back for us

I didn't go to bed. I watched it with my son. I just got tired of talking to myself on the board.

And yes, the guys played awesome!

Excellent second half. Got shots to fall, rebounded well and did not turn the ball over. This was a good win as well, Ohio is a good team that will probably win their Conference.

It's funny how this team lost to SFA, then comes out the next game and beats a team that is projected to contend for their conference title. Thus is the life of a young team, ups and downs are going to be the mainstay this year I think.

It was really nice to see M'Baye, Osby and Pledger have good games. We've kinda been missing that leadership, and they delivered. The second half was awesome!

Two things I took from that game:

1. That's by far the best OU has looked on defense this year. Good things will continue to happen when they play D like that.

2. Buddy Hield, off the bench, was awesome. This kid is going to be a lot of fun to watch.

I don't follow the men's side of this game enough to know if beating Ohio is good or bad, then NP informed me that Ohio was a Sweet 16 team last year, so I was like "SWEET!"

I am just happy with wins at this point. I was also happy flipped back to Texas losing the Alamo Bowl (until they didn't... argh stupid Oregon State). I was looking forward to seeing yet another losing postgame on the Longhorn Network... ah well. Maybe we'll beat em in basketball and they'll have postgame then? :)
