I hate this kind of stuff. Even when it happens to Texas. Hopefully, they did nothing wrong beyond violating curfew and going to the wrong woman's room. If they did assault a woman, punish the hell out of them. I'm just hoping they didn't.

A woman told police she met two UT players out partying overnight and invited them back to her room at the Holiday Inn. She later made the allegations of sexual assault to police.

+1 on hating this stuff. Assault is serious business, but it's impossible to ever know the truth. Stupid of her to invite 2 men to her room + alcohol. Stupid of them to go there.

If Case is indeed one of the players suspended, don't be surprised if he is gone for good, just based off of other things that I have heard about him and the fact that if he hadn't of been Colt's brother they probably wouldn't have even recruited him.

Colt seems like the only normal, level-headed guy in that family. Entitlement reeks out the rest and shaggy is already having its fun with Case farks on this.

Like blue suggested, Case is likely gone, unless Mack is feeling extremely generous. It may infuriate whorns, but I tend to think Mack will give Case another chance unless really bad info comes out (i.e. the allegations are true). Case has nowhere else to go. Nobody will take a QB of Case's... talent... with only one year of eligibility left.

Case does have a redshirt year but I think if he did have to transfer a place like (D-II) West Texas A&M or Angelo State along with NAIA schools would be his only options.

My wife is a CSI for San Antonio PD and she processed this crime scene. I wish I could share everything she told me but I don't want to cause any issues for her but don't be surprised if this doesn't go far.
