You know I think this would be a nice solution to the attrition problem. If a scholarship is given to a freshman or junior and they transfer then that scholarship is not returned to the pool for that year. The scholarship may however be given to a walkon who has been on campus for at least 2 years. This would eliminate a lot of this oversigning BS that happens in the SEC.

That's what makes it so damn good...nobody has seen it until it
hits them square in the mouth. (See Belldozer, not all of the wrinkles
have been shown). Only has to show once a quarter...let's see...
