Even going off the fiscal cliff will barely make a dent in the budget deficits. It's like hunting an elephant with a pea shooter.

Extrapolation. :D. So far this fiscal year the defcits have been around 144 Billion per month. 144 x 12= 1.7 trillion. so I was actually off a bit.
