Tee Shepard transfers to OU

Tee Shepard is reportedly transferring to OU in January. He was a 2012 4 star CB commit to Notre Dame. Hope he atleasts forces competition to step up when going for a position.

To add to this Tee Shepard kid, he was the 78th overall ranked recruit in the nation and drew a comparison to Champ Bailey. Pretty impressive stuff right there.

This has been out there for a while. There is a lot to be done on his end to be eligible (for OU). It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

Okay Vet, here's what you do, go to mapquest and type in Owen Field's street
address as the starting point, then type in your address, hit "get directions"
Print it out, make 75 copies (3 years' scholarships) and send to Stoops, with
the following," Coach, give a copy to each recruit, tell them that, in order to
be offered, it is required to visit this address, on the QT" After the visit, report
to your position coach with a signed permit from OleVet. None of this crap will
be an issue going forward!:triumphant:

Here's a link from an Irish board from back in March when he left ND. While there is some of the typical "why did we ever recruit him" stuff in the comments it is a pretty interesting read. He appears not to have played his senior year in high school and may have received some bad advice along the way. I am assuming he has been vetted well by our coaches and is finally maturing to the point where he can and will do the class work and eventually get back on a football field. If that happens he appears to be quite the athlete.
