Free BCS Bowl Tickets

In past years, T-bone has given OSU students free tickets to Shreveport and Tempe. Northern Illinois is giving away one free ticket to each NIU student who wants it. Pathetic.

Personally, I think it would probably make the atmosphere that much better. Even OU could do a lottery thing where they give away a few grand in tickets. Most students can barely afford a trip, let alone three figure tickets for a game. Give them away to student ID holders- it's better than a half full stadium. Which is what most bowl games have.

Considering that their average attendance is around 15,000, I highly doubt they get 5,000 fans there.
