The Big 12 Conference released its 2013 football schedule as approved by the league's Directors of Athletics. Oklahoma opens its 2013 schedule vs. Louisiana-Monroe on Aug. 31.The Sooners' 2013 Big 12 Conference slate begins with a home contest against West Virginia on Sept. 7, and features a nine-game, round-robin schedule. OU's non-conference schedule also features the team's first visit to Notre Dame since 1999
