I agree. If ever there was a freshman who deserved to win it it was Peterson.

But, then again, maybe Peterson's story will be used to push the voters into voting for a freshman. Everyone just assumed that Peterson was going to be a lock to win it the next couple of years. (He was running away with it his last year before the collarbone injury.)
