Only bad thing about the 2:30 kick is that it blew my plans to see Rush in Vegas the night before. I'm not going to spend a bunch of money to take a redeye and be tired for the game, not to mention the risk of delays, so the Vegas trip had to go.

Great news!! I was afraid it could be another "Ice Bowl" like in 1985 when my son played in the band at that game. The weather was so bad the camera lights were being blown out from the freezing rain. But if the game had been played during the day, the game would have been over before the bad weather came in. It is not a good idea to have night games in late November and December.

I've already seen them this tour in Chicago. I'll catch them on the second leg next year - they'll probably come to OKC or Tulsa. Probably Vegas again, too. The only reason I was going is that the MGM Grand was comping the tix and room.

I think they had some Texas stops on this leg but weeknights and missing work are tough for me, like you said hopefully they'll swing a bit closer on the second part of the tour.
