My Daughter and the Band is marching in the Parade this year. Really proud of them all in giving their time to honor all of the Veterans.

Our Family would like to extend the same thanks that Wishbone so eloquently stated in his post.

I said thanks in the other thread but can't say it enough.

Nice touch this morning in church..the pastor acknowledged
today as Veteran's Day and asked for any vets in the congregation
to stand and be recognized. There were about 15 of us that
stood..really loud applause...heartwarming and appreciated.
Separate note...one gentleman stood..judging from his age
at least Korean War, maybe WWII. He was a visitor and I
couldn't get to him to engage him in conversation to find
out.
