Yep, the Art Briles version of Baylor is a good mid-pack team, especially on offense. When they have a dynamic player like Griffin, they can be a very good team, not championship level but very good. This is no longer the Baylor teams of Guy Morriss, Kevin Steele, Dave Roberts or Chuck Reedy. They probably will never be a contender every year but they are no longer the acknowledge doormat of the league anymore.

None of them are Big 8 era K-State bad, Baylor flirted with that distinction for a long time after Teaff.
