Looks like we lost the race. Well, look on the bright side. Maybe Obama will see such a close election as a heads up to work closer with the Republicans. :)

This country's situation is not Democrats' fault. It is not Republicans' fault. It's the fault of all of them.

I'm a life-long Democrat who is going Independent at the earliest convenient opportunity. I am not happy with the party.

But I will never again vote for a Republican until I see some major, major changes. That's a promise I've kept since 1992, when I last voted for a GOP candidate.

This country sorely needs some more options. In all likelihood, we won't get them.
